The current-generation MP5 slip trip, which replaced V4. It lets an MP5-pattern gun with an AR-FCG lower run a Super Safety or ARC-Fire.
- 7075-T6 aluminum, black hardcoat anodized
- Only about 2 grams heavier than the original nylon trips and roughly half the weight of steel versions, so there's less wear on the lever, upper and bolt
- V5 adds clearance for oversized denial blocks
- Requires an AS Designs or Leber V2 spec AR-FCG lower; does not work with factory MP5 lowers
- Not guaranteed compatible with Lee Sporting lowers
