Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement, Commitment & Cancellation Policy governs memberships purchased from Guns 2 Ammo, including memberships purchased online, in-store, through point-of-sale systems, invoices, recurring billing arrangements, or other authorized sales channels.

By purchasing, activating, renewing, or using a Guns 2 Ammo membership, the member agrees to the terms below and to the specific pricing, benefits, billing frequency, and commitment period disclosed for the membership selected at the time of enrollment.

1. Membership Agreement

A Guns 2 Ammo membership is a contractual agreement between Guns 2 Ammo and the individual member.

Membership benefits, pricing, billing frequency, commitment length, renewal terms, and included services may vary by membership plan.

The terms displayed during enrollment are incorporated into this Membership Agreement.

By completing enrollment, the member acknowledges that they:

• Reviewed the membership selected
• Reviewed the membership price
• Reviewed the billing frequency
• Reviewed any minimum commitment period
• Reviewed the automatic renewal terms, if applicable
• Reviewed the cancellation requirements
• Agree to pay all amounts due under the selected membership
• Agree to this Membership Agreement

2. Membership Types

Guns 2 Ammo may offer different membership structures.

These may include:

• Prepaid memberships
• Monthly memberships
• Fixed-term memberships
• Fixed-term memberships billed monthly
• Three-month memberships
• Six-month memberships
• Twelve-month memberships
• Annual memberships
• Promotional memberships
• Family memberships
• Corporate memberships
• Founders or specialty memberships

The specific membership selected by the customer controls where its terms differ from this general policy.

3. Minimum Commitment Memberships

Certain Guns 2 Ammo memberships require a minimum commitment.

For example, a membership may be:

Billed monthly with a 3-month commitment

or

Billed monthly with a 12-month commitment.

When a membership includes a minimum commitment, the member is agreeing to pay for the entire commitment period.

A monthly payment schedule does not convert a fixed-term commitment into a month-to-month contract.

For example:

A membership priced at $50 per month with a 12-month commitment represents a total contractual commitment of $600, even though the member is permitted to pay the amount in monthly installments.

Stopping use of the range does not automatically terminate the member's payment obligation.

4. Commitment Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a membership with a minimum commitment, the member specifically acknowledges:

I understand that this membership has a minimum commitment period. I agree to remain financially responsible for all membership payments due during that commitment period, even if I stop using the membership, except where Guns 2 Ammo approves an early termination or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Prepaid Memberships

Some memberships may require full payment in advance.

Examples may include:

• 3 months prepaid
• 6 months prepaid
• 12 months prepaid
• Annual prepaid memberships

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prepaid membership fees are non-refundable after the membership begins.

Failure to use the membership does not create a right to a prorated refund.

6. Memberships Billed Monthly

A membership may be billed monthly while remaining subject to a longer minimum commitment.

The member authorizes Guns 2 Ammo and its payment processor to charge the payment method selected during enrollment according to the disclosed billing schedule.

Monthly billing is provided as a payment convenience.

It does not eliminate the member's underlying commitment.

7. Month-To-Month Memberships

If Guns 2 Ammo specifically offers a membership identified as month-to-month with no minimum commitment, that membership may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation procedures disclosed for that plan.

A membership carrying a 3-, 6-, or 12-month commitment is not considered a no-commitment month-to-month membership merely because payments are collected monthly.

8. Membership Start Date

Unless otherwise stated, a membership becomes active on:

• The date of purchase;
• The date selected during enrollment; or
• The date Guns 2 Ammo activates the membership.

The membership commitment period begins on the applicable activation date.

9. Billing Date

Recurring membership payments will generally be charged on or near the same calendar date corresponding to the membership enrollment or activation date.

Billing dates may vary slightly because of:

• Month length
• Weekends
• Holidays
• Payment processor timing
• System maintenance

Such variations do not change the membership commitment period.

10. Automatic Payments

Members enrolled in recurring billing authorize Guns 2 Ammo and its designated payment processors to automatically charge the payment method associated with the membership.

Charges may include:

• Regular membership dues
• Applicable taxes
• Approved membership upgrades
• Other charges specifically authorized by the member

Guns 2 Ammo will not intentionally add undisclosed recurring fees.

11. Payment Method

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout any recurring membership commitment.

Changing or removing a payment card does not cancel the membership or eliminate amounts already contractually owed.

12. Failed Payments

If a membership payment fails, Guns 2 Ammo may:

• Attempt the payment again
• Notify the member
• Request an updated payment method
• Suspend membership privileges
• Place the membership account in past-due status
• Restrict range access
• Restrict member discounts
• Restrict guest benefits
• Pursue amounts legitimately owed

Suspension of membership privileges because of nonpayment does not automatically eliminate the member's financial obligation under an existing minimum commitment.

13. Past-Due Memberships

Membership benefits may be suspended when an account becomes past due.

Benefits may remain suspended until the account is brought current.

Guns 2 Ammo may cancel a seriously delinquent membership while retaining the right to collect legitimately outstanding contractual obligations to the extent permitted by law.

14. Voluntary Cancellation During A Commitment

A member may request cancellation at any time.

However, requesting cancellation during a minimum commitment does not automatically eliminate the member's remaining financial obligation.

Unless Guns 2 Ammo approves an exception, the member remains responsible for payments through the end of the agreed commitment period.

15. Cancellation At The End Of The Commitment

Members may request that their membership not continue beyond the end of the current commitment period.

When properly submitted, a cancellation request will prevent additional renewal according to the applicable membership terms.

The member remains responsible for payments due through the end of the existing commitment.

16. Cancellation Vs. Early Termination

For purposes of this Agreement:

Cancellation of Renewal means preventing the membership from beginning another renewal period after the current contractual term is complete.

Early Termination means ending the member's financial obligation before the agreed minimum commitment has been satisfied.

These are not the same thing.

A member may cancel future renewal while still remaining responsible for the remainder of the current commitment.

17. Early Termination Requests

Guns 2 Ammo may consider reasonable requests for early termination.

Examples may include:

• Permanent relocation outside the local area
• Military deployment or permanent change of station
• Serious circumstances preventing continued use
• Other substantial hardship

Guns 2 Ammo may request reasonable documentation when necessary to evaluate a request.

Approval is determined individually unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Early Termination Fee

Where disclosed for a particular membership, Guns 2 Ammo may offer an early termination option instead of requiring all remaining scheduled payments.

The applicable early termination amount will be disclosed in the membership terms.

If no early termination option is expressly offered, the member should assume that the remaining contractual payments continue to be due.

19. Moving Away

Moving does not automatically cancel a membership commitment.

However, Guns 2 Ammo may approve early termination for a member who permanently relocates a substantial distance from the facility.

Any relocation exception must be approved by Guns 2 Ammo.

20. Non-Use Of Membership

Membership fees purchase access to membership benefits during the applicable membership period.

They are not based upon the number of times the member actually visits the range.

Therefore, no refund, credit, or reduction is ordinarily provided because a member:

• Did not visit
• Did not shoot
• Did not use guest passes
• Did not use included benefits
• Was too busy to attend
• Chose to use another facility

21. Membership Freezes

Guns 2 Ammo may offer temporary membership freezes at its discretion.

A freeze may be available for circumstances such as:

• Extended travel
• Military deployment
• Temporary relocation
• Other approved circumstances

Unless specifically stated otherwise, a freeze pauses access and may extend the membership commitment by the length of the freeze.

A membership freeze is not a cancellation.

22. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits depend upon the membership plan selected.

Benefits may include:

• Range access
• Discounted lane fees
• Included lane time
• Guest passes
• Retail discounts
• Ammunition discounts
• Training discounts
• Priority reservations
• Member-only events
• Rental discounts
• Other benefits

Benefits have no standalone cash value unless specifically stated otherwise.

23. Guest Passes

Certain memberships may include guest passes.

Guest passes:

• Are subject to the applicable membership plan
• May have expiration dates
• May be limited to a stated quantity
• Are not redeemable for cash
• May not be resold
• May be subject to range capacity
• Require guests to comply with Guns 2 Ammo rules

Unused guest passes generally do not create a right to a refund or credit.

24. Monthly Guest Benefits

If a membership provides a monthly guest pass or monthly guest benefit, the benefit resets according to the membership plan.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, unused monthly guest benefits do not accumulate or roll over.

25. Member Discounts

Member discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts:

• Cannot be combined with other offers
• Have no cash value
• May exclude certain products
• May exclude special orders
• May exclude regulated or manufacturer-restricted products
• May change where permitted under the membership terms

26. Membership Identification

Memberships are personal to the individual member unless specifically sold as a family, business, or group membership.

Guns 2 Ammo may require identification when membership privileges are used.

27. Membership Sharing

Individual memberships may not be:

• Shared
• Loaned
• Sold
• Transferred
• Used by another individual

unless expressly permitted by the applicable membership plan.

28. Digital Membership Passes

Guns 2 Ammo may provide membership credentials through:

• Customer accounts
• QR codes
• Apple Wallet
• Google Wallet
• Digital membership cards
• Other electronic systems

Digital membership credentials remain subject to the same terms as physical memberships.

29. Range Rules

Membership does not exempt a member from Guns 2 Ammo range rules.

All members and guests must comply with:

• Range safety rules
• RSO instructions
• Firearm handling requirements
• Ammunition restrictions
• Facility rules
• Waiver requirements
• Applicable laws

30. Safety-Related Termination

Guns 2 Ammo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership privileges for serious safety violations.

Examples include:

• Unsafe firearm handling
• Intentionally violating range commands
• Threatening conduct
• Violence
• Intoxication or impairment
• Intentional damage
• Repeated disregard of RSO instructions

A member whose membership is terminated for serious misconduct is not automatically entitled to a refund.

31. Termination For Policy Violations

Membership may also be suspended or terminated for:

• Membership fraud
• Membership sharing
• Chargeback abuse
• Theft
• Harassment
• Fraudulent use of benefits
• Intentional misuse of guest passes
• Repeated material violations of Guns 2 Ammo policies

32. Chargebacks

A chargeback is not a valid method of cancelling a membership.

Members should submit membership cancellation requests through an authorized cancellation process.

If a chargeback is filed, Guns 2 Ammo may provide documentation supporting the membership agreement to the applicable bank or payment processor, including:

• Enrollment records
• Membership terms
• Checkout acknowledgments
• Payment records
• Electronic acceptance
• Login or account information
• Communication records
• Membership-use records

Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

33. Membership Upgrades

A member may be permitted to upgrade to a higher membership level.

Depending on the plan, an upgrade may:

• Change monthly dues
• Create a new commitment period
• Replace the existing membership
• Modify included benefits

Any new commitment must be disclosed before the upgrade is completed.

34. Membership Downgrades

Membership downgrades may generally take effect at the end of the current commitment period unless Guns 2 Ammo agrees otherwise.

A member may not use a downgrade to avoid an existing commitment.

35. Promotional Memberships

Promotional membership pricing may be subject to:

• Special commitment periods
• Limited enrollment dates
• Restricted benefits
• Different renewal pricing

Promotional pricing does not necessarily continue indefinitely.

Any renewal pricing will be disclosed according to the applicable membership offer.

36. Price Changes

Guns 2 Ammo may change membership pricing for future membership periods.

A price change will not retroactively alter an already-paid membership period.

For fixed-price commitment plans, pricing will remain subject to the terms disclosed at enrollment during the applicable commitment period.

Any price applicable after renewal will be communicated as required.

37. Membership Renewal

Memberships may:

• Expire automatically;
• Convert to month-to-month status; or
• Automatically renew

depending upon the membership purchased.

The applicable renewal structure will be disclosed at enrollment.

38. Automatic Renewal Disclosure

If a membership automatically renews, the customer will be informed of the automatic renewal terms during enrollment.

The disclosure should identify:

• Membership cost
• Billing frequency
• Initial commitment
• Renewal structure
• How to cancel renewal

39. Cancellation Method

Guns 2 Ammo will provide members with a reasonable method to submit cancellation requests.

Depending upon the systems available, cancellation may be available through:

• The member's online account
• An online cancellation form
• Written request
• Email
• In-store request
• Another clearly disclosed method

A valid cancellation request will be documented on the membership account.

40. Effective Date Of Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect according to the applicable membership terms.

For a fixed commitment membership, the request may stop renewal while the existing commitment continues through its scheduled end date.

Guns 2 Ammo does not ordinarily prorate partial billing periods unless specifically required or approved.

41. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable membership period has begun.

Refunds may be provided:

• When required by law
• When Guns 2 Ammo makes a billing error
• When management approves an exception
• Under another expressly stated membership guarantee

Unused membership benefits do not automatically entitle the member to a refund.

42. Temporary Range Closures

Temporary closures caused by:

• Maintenance
• Repairs
• Equipment failures
• Safety concerns
• Holidays
• Special events
• Utility outages
• Government requirements
• Circumstances outside Guns 2 Ammo's control

do not ordinarily entitle members to cancellation or refund.

For substantial extended closures, Guns 2 Ammo may provide appropriate membership extensions or other accommodations.

43. Waivers

Membership does not eliminate any requirement to complete a Guns 2 Ammo range waiver.

Members and their guests may be required to maintain a valid waiver according to Guns 2 Ammo policy.

44. Legal Eligibility

Membership in Guns 2 Ammo does not guarantee eligibility to:

• Purchase firearms
• Purchase ammunition
• Rent firearms
• Possess firearms
• Receive NFA items
• Complete firearm transfers

All regulated transactions remain subject to applicable law.

45. Membership Communications

Members authorize Guns 2 Ammo to send communications reasonably necessary to administer their membership.

These may include:

• Enrollment confirmations
• Billing notices
• Failed-payment notices
• Renewal notices
• Expiration notices
• Safety information
• Range closures
• Policy updates
• Membership benefit changes

Marketing communications remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

46. Changes To Membership Terms

Guns 2 Ammo may modify general membership policies prospectively.

Material changes affecting an existing commitment will be handled in accordance with the applicable membership agreement and law.

Guns 2 Ammo will not use a general policy update to retroactively create a longer minimum commitment than the member originally accepted.

47. Electronic Agreement

The member agrees that electronic acceptance of this Membership Agreement constitutes acceptance of the contract.

Electronic records may include:

• Checkbox acceptance
• Electronic signature
• Date and time
• Membership selected
• Membership price
• Commitment period
• Policy version
• Account information
• IP address or session information
• Transaction record

48. Entire Membership Agreement

The member's agreement consists of:

• The specific membership offer selected;
• Pricing and commitment terms presented at enrollment;
• This Membership Agreement;
• Applicable range rules; and
• Any additional terms clearly incorporated into the membership.

49. No Verbal Modifications

Employees may provide information about membership plans but cannot modify a written membership commitment unless authorized by Guns 2 Ammo management.

Any approved modification should be documented.

50. Acknowledgment Of Minimum Commitment

For any fixed-term membership, the member expressly agrees:

I understand that I am entering into a membership with the minimum commitment period displayed at checkout. If the membership is billed monthly, the monthly billing schedule is a payment arrangement and does not convert the agreement into a cancel-anytime membership. Unless an early termination is approved or otherwise required by law, I remain responsible for all payments due through the end of the agreed commitment period.

51. Automatic Renewal Acknowledgment

When applicable:

I understand that after my initial membership commitment ends, my membership will renew according to the renewal terms displayed at checkout unless I cancel renewal using the cancellation method provided by Guns 2 Ammo.

52. Payment Authorization

When recurring billing applies:

I authorize Guns 2 Ammo and its payment processor to charge my selected payment method for membership dues according to the billing schedule disclosed at enrollment until my contractual payment obligations are satisfied and, if applicable, until future renewal is cancelled.

53. Electronic Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree,” “Purchase Membership,” “Subscribe,” “Complete Order,” or a similar confirmation, the member acknowledges that:

• They have read the membership terms
• They understand the financial commitment
• They understand the billing frequency
• They understand the cancellation procedure
• They understand any automatic renewal provision
• They voluntarily agree to the membership contract

Important Membership Commitment Notice

A monthly billing schedule does not necessarily mean that a membership can be cancelled at any time.

If your membership has a 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, or other minimum commitment, you are agreeing to pay for the entire commitment period.

You may request that future renewal be cancelled, but unless Guns 2 Ammo approves an early termination or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation of future renewal does not eliminate payments already committed under your current membership term.
