ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge and understand that the use of firearms and participation in shooting range activities involve inherent and substantial risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.

• These risks may arise from, including but not limited to:
• My own actions or inactions
• The actions or inactions of other participants
• Firearm or equipment malfunction or misuse
• Environmental conditions, range layout, or noise exposure

I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, inherent or otherwise, associated with my participation at Guns 2 Ammo Shooting Range, including all activities conducted on or about the premises.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being permitted to enter and use the facilities, equipment, and services of Guns 2 Ammo LLC (“Company”), I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby:

RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS Guns 2 Ammo LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, instructors, Range Safety Officers (RSOs), contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to:

• Personal injury, bodily harm, or death
• Property loss or damage
• The negligence of any released party
• Firearm, ammunition, or equipment malfunction
• Acts or omissions of other participants or guests

This release applies to all activities on the premises, including but not limited to shooting, training, instruction, equipment rental, firearm handling, and general facility use.

I understand and agree that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.

RANGE SAFETY RULES AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that firearms safety is critical and agree to strictly follow all posted rules, verbal instructions, and commands given by Guns 2 Ammo staff and RSOs.

FUNDAMENTAL FIREARM SAFETY RULES

• I agree to the following at all times:
• Always keep firearms pointed downrange in a safe direction
• Keep my finger off the trigger until ready to shoot
• Keep firearms unloaded until on the firing line
• Treat every firearm as if it is loaded

RANGE-SPECIFIC RULES

I understand and agree that:

• Eye and ear protection is REQUIRED at all times on the range
• A maximum of two (2) firearms may be present in a shooting stall at any time
• No movement of firearms between lanes unless firearms are unloaded and properly cased
• All RSO commands must be followed immediately and without question
• Maximum allowed caliber: .308 Winchester
• No steel core, armor-piercing, tracer, or incendiary ammunition is permitted

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

I understand that the following are strictly prohibited:

• Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during shooting activities
• Unsafe firearm handling, reckless behavior, or horseplay
• Photography or video recording without prior staff approval
• I acknowledge that any unsafe or prohibited behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund, at the sole discretion of Guns 2 Ammo LLC.

I have read and fully understand all of the provisions of this Release and am freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release. In the event of my death or disability, the terms of this Release will be binding on my estate, and my personal representative, executor, administrator or guardian will be obligated to enforce them.
