This Yankee Hill Machine Nielsen piston screws onto a .45 ACP pistol barrel threaded .578x28 (Glock 21/30, 1911 and many others) and works with YHM's booster so a suppressor cycles reliably on a tilting-barrel handgun. It's heat-treated 17-4 stainless with 10 adjustment points to zero out any point-of-impact shift.
